Dear Customer, in order to open a new support ticket, go to the HDA PORTAL or just click on the image.

Before the first access, we suggest You to read our "Operative Instructions" in order to correctly fill the ticket form.

You will find the instructions needed for opening a support ticket in the new "Quick Guide for using the Helpdesk Intesa".

After a successful login, You are able to:

  • open a new ticket;

  • track the ticket status;

  • check previous tickets.
