By Phone<\/strong><br \/>\nPhone access to the Help Desk is available from Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM. It allows you to open a ticket, receive telephone assistance from operators, and receive email notifications for ticket opening, assignment, and closure. To access the phone service from Italy, you can call the toll-free number 800 805 093, while for international calls, dial +39 02 39 30 90 66. You will need to provide your email address (the one used for registration) and describe the issue you're facing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. By Web<\/strong><br \/>\nWeb access to the Help Desk allows you to open an online assistance ticket, check the status of your ticket's progress, and optionally add additional comments to help resolve the issue. To access via the web, visit the address\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.hda.intesa.it\/en\/&amp;sa=D&amp;source=docs&amp;ust=1696148804516732&amp;usg=AOvVaw1FyRns8752rLsqDukcuSgR\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-rawhref=\"https:\/\/www.hda.intesa.it\/en\/\">https:\/\/www.hda.intesa.it\/en\/<\/a>, click on the 'Client Area' on the website, log in by entering your email and password, and proceed to fill out the ticket.<\/p>\n<p>Note: Customers already registered with the Help Desk will need to set their password upon first access.
